Description:

The NHA NH-401 is a two-machine system covering the dividing and rounding stages of bread production — two steps that, done manually, are both labour-intensive and inconsistent at volume. The Divider Machine cuts incoming dough into evenly weighted portions with minimal variance, while the Rounder Machine takes those portions and rolls them into smooth, uniform balls ready for proofing or shaping — eliminating the manual rolling step that slows down high-volume bread lines.

Four output configurations are available depending on production volume requirements: 1P at 1,900 pieces per hour, 2P at 3,800, 3P at 2,700, and 4P at 7,600 pieces per hour. Portion weights are adjustable across a wide range — 20g to 500g on the 1P configuration, down to 10–60g on the 4P — covering everything from small dinner rolls to larger sandwich loaves within the same machine setup.

The dividing mechanism is designed for even weight distribution with minimal dough stress, and the rounding action produces a smooth, non-sticky surface finish that holds its shape through proofing without requiring additional flouring or manual adjustment.
